We will do our best to be as soon as possible at your home to make diagnosis and, if needed, perform a repair. If parts will be needed to order, timeline will depend on the supplier. As much as we understand the inconvenience of being without appliances, it is out of our hands to expedite parts delivery. 

The Process of Repair: 

• First step will be client’s responsibility: to contact us by phone/text/social media etc.

• It is beneficial to have brand and model number ready, so we will make the best repair decision and quote.

• Appliance technician will schedule the visit. There is a service call fee, that includes in-person visit, diagnosis of the problem and explanation on ways to repair it with provided quote, that includes part and labor.  

• Then client will make a decision to proceed with the repair or not. If client would like to proceed with the repair, initial service call fee will be waived, and new quote for the repair will be provided.
